Mel Gibson=Bad Ass

I think if there’s one movie that’s about to come out that I wanna see it’s Edge of Darkness starring Mel Gibson as the lead. In the film, Mel Gibson’s daughter gets murdered and Mel has to go on a rampage to figure out who did it and why. Mel Gibson is really a bad ass in a lot of movies. Lethal Weapon-bad ass, The Patriot-Colonial bad ass, Braveheart-Scottish bad ass, and in this one he once again returns to his bad ass ways. Check out the trailer, I think it should be a good one.

Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2 is set to release in May 2010. It once again stars Robert Downey Jr. as the lead and, after a bit of controversy, Don Cheadle replacing Terrance Howard and donning the his own Superhero costume to play War Machine. It also stars resurrected actor Mickey Rourke as the main villain, Whip Lash.

Clash Of The Titans

Clash Of The Titans is set to be released in 2010. I’ve always liked Greek Mythology and I wish I knew more about it. The stories, especially the epic battles, have always kept me entertained. And when you have Liam Neeson playing Zeus that’s a recipe for success.

Nightmare….

I’m a fan of the big three in horror movies. Halloween with Michael Myers, Friday the 13th with Jason Voorhees, and Nightmare on Elm Street with Freddy Kruger. So when I heard they were making a new Nightmare on Elm Street, I got a little excited. This will be the first installment without Robert Englund playing Freddy. He was replaced by Academy Award nominee Jackie Earle Haley. Here’s the trailer:

Toy Story 3!

I’m a fan of the Disney Pixar films. Toy Story and Toy Story 2 were a couple favorites of mine and now Toy Story 3 is coming out next year June 18th. Who’s excited?
